Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy covers Liked Music, a personal app run by Ryan Dongen ("I").

Who uses it

Only me, with my own Google account. It is not offered to anyone else.

What it accesses

When I sign in, Google asks me to allow access to my YouTube account. The app uses that access only to read the list of songs I have liked, so I can keep a copy in my own home music library.

What it does with the data

• The list of liked songs is stored only on my own computers at home.
• Nothing is sold, shared, or sent to anyone else, and nothing is used for advertising.
• Google user data is used only for the purpose above, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored copies can be deleted on request.
